Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in BARNSTAPLE: Residents Parking At Any Time Zone B on a specified length of Buller Road; Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Buller Road; BIDEFORD: Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Capern Road; BUDLEIGH SALTERTON: Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Boyne Road; CULLOMPTON: Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of New Street; EXETER: Residents Parking At Any Time Zone C on a specified length of Codrington Street; Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on specified lengths of Beacon Avenue, Codrington Street, May Street, St Anne’s Road & Monks Road; Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on specified lengths of Hamilton Avenue & Codrington Street; EXMOUTH: Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Rosebery Road; ILFRACOMBE: Limited Waiting 10am-6pm 15 Mar-31 Oct 1 Hour No Return 1 Hour on a specified length of Capstone Road; Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Station Road; Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Capstone Road; MARLDON: Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Marldon Cross Hill; NEWTON ABBOT: Residents Parking At Any Time Zone A on a specified length of Tudor Road; Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Roberts Way; Revocation of Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Tudor Road. Residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles band A annual permit £35, other vehicles bands B-K 1St permit £35, 2nd £55, 3rd £65; bands L-M 1st £35, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permit £30 per 200 hours for schemes not operating at all times/350 hours for schemes at all times - allocated in 1 hour sessions, physical daily visitor £30 for 30 (24 hour) permits, annual business permits: 1st £35, 2nd £75, 3rd £150; annual trade £45, short stay trade £60 for 20, daily trade £5, weekly trade £25; guest house/hotel visitors £30 for 20; annual essential visitor permit £10, care worker permits are free. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/tro to arrive by 7 August 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered.
