What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(BINGHAM ROAD AREA, RADCLIFFE ON TRENT) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (8427)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Radcliffe on Trent the Borough of Rushcliffe: 1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -

Bingham Road, Radcliffe on Trent (the north-west side) From a point 18 metres north-east of the centre line of Lorne Grove in a north-easterly direction for 95 metres.

From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Brookfield Close in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Brielen Road in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Palin Gardens in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Morely Gardens in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Oakfield Gardens in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Eastwood Road in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

Brielen Road, Radcliffe on Trent (the north-east side)
From its junction with Bingham Road in a north-westerly direction for 5 metres.

Brielen Road, Radcliffe on Trent (the south-west side)
From its junction with Bingham Road in a north-westerly direction for 4 metres.

Brookfield Close, Radcliffe on Trent (the north-east side)
From its junction with Bingham Road in a north-westerly direction for 11 metres.

Gatcombe Close, Radcliffe on Trent (the north-east side)
From its junction with Bingham Road in a south-easterly direction for 10 metres

From its junction with Bingham Road in a south-easterly direction for 11 metres

Palin Gardens, Radcliffe on Trent (the east side)
From its junction with Bingham Road in a northerly direction for 10 metres.

Palin Gardens, Radcliffe on Trent (the west side)
From its junction with Bingham Road in a northerly direction for 10 metres.

2. Proposed prohibition of Waiting Sat - Sun 9am - 1pm along the following lengths of road: -

Bingham Road, Radcliffe on Trent (the north-west side)
From a point 10 metres north-east of its junction with Palin Gardens in a north-easterly direction or 91 metres.

From a point 10 metres north-east of its junction with Morley Gardens in a north-easterly direction for 40 metres.

From a point 10 metres north-east of its junction with Oakfield Gardens in in a north-easterly direction for 96 metres.

Bingham Road, Radcliffe on Trent (the south-east side)
From a point 70 metres north-east of the junction with Gatcombe Close in a north-easterly direction for 58 metres.

From a point 10 metres north-east of the junction of Golf Road in a north-easterly direction for 32 metres

From a point 64 metres north-east of the junction of Golf Road in a north-easterly direction for 61 metres.

From a point 193 metres north-east of the junction of Golf Road in a north-easterly direction for 112 metres.
