Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blacksmith Close, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Anvil Way for a distance of approximately 45m in a south easterly then south westerly direction. Effect of the order:
- To temporarily close that length of Ferrers Road, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Benbow Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a north easterly direction.
- To temporarily introduce a ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
The Essex County Council (Chelmsford City) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019” will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. Effect of the order:
- To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Rochford as specified in Schedule 1.
- A temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ restriction will be introduced on both sides of the carriageway as per schedules 1 and 2 to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
