a) Listed Building Consent for the reinstatement of laths and lime plaster to internal wall at second floor following removal of existing at Molescroft Inn 75 Molescroft Road Molescroft HU17 7EG (Ref: 26/01707/PLB)

b) Conversion of existing integral garage to additional living accommodation with associated alterations at 12 Griffin Drive Hessle HU13 0UA (Ref: 26/01711/PLF)

c) Alterations to extend existing beer garden, erection of a timber pergola with half-roof and four heaters, installation of festoon posts and lighting, erection of fencing to front, alterations to car parking area following blocking up of existing car park entrance from Main Street at The Half Moon 61 Main Street Elloughton HU15 1HU (Ref: 26/01330/PLF)

d) Erection of a two-storey modular building with offices, staff welfare facilities and car parking following removal of existing single storey office building (Resubmission of 26/00138/PLF) at Environment Agency Tickton Depot Main Street Tickton HU17 9SH (Ref: 26/01668/PLF)

e) Variation of Condition 3 (time period) for planning permission 05/08754/STPLF (Erection of a wind turbine - resubmission of 05/05037/STPLF) to allow an additional five years of operation until 1 February 2033 at Yorkshire Water Services Limited Waste Water Treatment Works Hull Road Saltend HU12 8EY (Ref: 26/01603/VAR)

g) Variation of Condition 4 (approved plans) of planning permission 24/02100/PLF (Increase the height of existing safety barriers to 2.7m and removal of disused maintenance gantries) to incorporate glass panels acting as fixed bracing in localised positions along the length of the structure at Humber Bridge Hessle (Ref: 26/01415/VAR)

h) Variation of Condition 4 (age restriction) of planning permission 20/04045/PLF (Erection of a building consisting of 51 retirement living plus (extra care) apartments and one guest suite (Use Class C2), including erection of a substation, car ports to southern boundary and associated access, car parking, amenity space and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings) to allow for the minimum age restriction to be from 70 to 60 years of age New Condition should read: 4. At least one occupier of each individual unit of residential accommodation within the development hereby permitted shall be a minimum age of 60 years at Westwood Manor 4 Langholm Close Beverley (Ref: 26/01713/VAR)

Proposals (a,c,d,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (e) is being given wider publicity.

Proposal (g) affects a public right of way.

Proposals (f,h) are major developments.
