GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C127 ROAD FROM TODENHAM ROAD TO A4300 (TODENHAM PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C127 Road from Todenham Road to A4300 from outside of the property known as ‘No. 45’ to outside of the property known as ‘Desmond House’ for a distance of approximately 39 metres. The reason for the said closure is for works by Thames Water.

The said road is expected to be closed from 18th July 2026 until 19th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 400531 CHAPEL LANE (BLOCKLEY PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400531 Chapel Lane from its junction with Bell Bank to outside of the property known as ‘The Willows’ for a distance of approximately 43 metres. The reason for the closure is for the renewal of an inspection cover.

The said road is expected to be closed between the hours of 08:30 and 15:30 on 23rd July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

(BOURTON ON THE WATER PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C140 Station Road from outside of the property known as ‘No. 3’ to outside of the property known as ‘The Furrows’ for a distance of approximately 20 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for installation of water pressure monitoring equipment.

The said road is expected to be closed from 27th July 2026 until 10th August 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 9th October 2026. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C125 Greenway Road from its junction with Chapel Lane to its junction with Bridleway 58 for a distance of approximately 760 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for maintenance works to a mast.

The said road is expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on 2nd August 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the said closure is for retaining wall repair works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 3rd August 2026 until 14th August 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
