Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Waiting And Loading Restrictions And Bus Lane Suspension Finchley Road NW11

THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate manhole replacement frame and cover works; they intend to make an Order which will temporarily:
(a) introduce a length of ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions on Finchley Road NW11, between the common property boundaries of Nos 502 and 504 Finchley Road and the common property boundaries of Nos 498 and 500 Finchley Road;

(b) suspend the northbound Bus Lane on the southwest side of Finchley Road NW11, between Llanvanor Road and Hodford Road, while the works take place;

(c) suspend the southbound Bus Lane on the southeast side of Finchley Road NW11, between Llanvanor Road and Hodford Road, will be temporarily suspended while the works take place.

The works will commence at 9:30am on Thursday 30th July 2026 and is expected to last for 1 day.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
