What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

FRASERBURGH – TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

“The Aberdeenshire Council (Fraserburgh – 20.07.26) (Temporary Traffic Management) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 20.07.26 for 12 days and will introduce the following temporary traffic restrictions in Fraserburgh:

ROAD CLOSURE

Albert Street Lane South (north), Fraserburgh - from outside number 17 to Albert Street. An alternative route is available via Albert Street Lane South to Albert Street to Albert Street Lane South, Fraserburgh and vice versa.

Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING

Albert Street Lane South (north), Fraserburgh - both sides from outside number 17 to Albert Street.
