(Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting on Various Roads, Kempsey) and Worcestershire County Council (Ellsdon, Kempsey) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2026

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of roads in Kempsey:

• Oakfield Drive (east & west sides): from its junction with Post Office Lane for a distance of 14.7m in a southerly direction.
• Post Office Lane (south side): from its junction with Oakfield Drive for a distance of 15m in an easterly direction and 24m in a westerly direction.
• Post Office Lane (north side): from its junction with the easternmost junction of Ellsdon for a distance of 10m in an easterly direction and 4.4m in a westerly direction.
• Ellsdon (easternmost section – east side): for a distance of 23.7m in a northerly direction from its junction with Post Office Lane.
• Ellsdon (easternmost section – west side): for a distance of 27.7m in a northerly direction from its junction with Post Office Lane.
• Ellsdon (east side): from its junction with Ellsdon Rise for a distance of 16.5m in a southerly direction.
• Ellsdon (west side): from its junction with Ellsdon Rise for a distance of 14.2m in a southerly direction.
• Ellsdon (section to the north of Ellsdon Rise – east side): for a distance of 11.5m in a northerly direction.
• Ellsdon (section to the north of Ellsdon Rise – west side): for a distance of 12.8m in a northerly direction.
• Ellsdon (section to the west of Ellsdon Rise – south side): for a distance of 8.0m in a westerly direction.
• Ellsdon (section to the west of Ellsdon Rise – north side): for a distance of 7.0m in a westerly direction.
• Ellsdon (westernmost section – east side): from a point 58.7m north of its junction with Post Office Lane for a distance of 16.4m in a northerly direction.

Proposed restricted waiting 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday

• Ellsdon (south side): from a point 30m west of its junction with Ellsdon Rise for a distance of 84.7m in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping on school keep clear markings at any time as follows:

• Ellsdon (westernmost section – north and west sides): from a point 75.1m north of its junction with Post Office Lane for a distance of 24.1m in a westerly and southerly direction.

The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
