ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 14/7/26 made an Order the effect of which is to impose the following restrictions on the following lengths of roads in Weston Under Lizard:

–  Temporary prohibition of traffic from proceeding along Mill Lane

–  Temporary 30 MPH and 40 MPH speed restriction along A5 Watling Street

–  Temporary no right-turn and/or no left-turn manoeuvre on A5 Watling Street, Lichfield Drive, Mill Lane and Tong Drive

Temporary no waiting, no loading and unloading on A5 Watling Street, Lichfield Drive, Mill Lane, Weston Bank Close, Hatch Lane and B5314 Chester Road.

The Order will come into operation on 24/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the restrictions will be in place until 27/7/26 The Order will remain in force until the Hide and Seek Festival Event, which it is proposed to place near the roads has concluded.

The Order will come into operation on 20/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 24/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the electricity and water connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 23/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telegraph pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
