THE FIFE COUNCIL (PRIMROSE LANE, COWDENBEATH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of Primrose Ln, Cowdenbeath from jct. Broomfield Rd to jct. Foulford Rd.
The Order is to allow drainage works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 20/07/2026 to 30/08/2026 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Broomfield Rd & Perth Rd. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
