DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod y Gorchymyn a gyflwynwyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 20 Ionawr 2026 yn unol ag adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 20 Gorffennaf 2026 yn parhau ewn grym. Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Dirprwy Weinidog Trafnidiaeth, un gweithredu o dan awdurdod Gweinidog y Cabinet dros fenter, Cysylltedd ac Ynni, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o’r Ddeddf, mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 28 Ionawr 2027

Bydd y Gorchymyn yma’n cau’r rhannau canlynol o’r llwybrau yma dros dro:-

Llwybr Troed

Llwybr Troed 209 Llantrisant – y rhan honno o’r llwybr sy’n mynd o Heol Castellau ger tafarn Old Lamb and Flag, Beddau, Pont-y-clun, CF72 8LP i Fferm Gelynog Ganol

Llwybr Amgen – rhwydwaith y priffyrdd

Fydd DIM mynediad ar gyfer cerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys Mae angen cau’r llwybr oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd oherwydd y difrod i’r bont droed.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH 209 LLANTRISANT) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council on 20th January 2026 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) which would have expired on 20th July 2026 has been continued in force under authority of the Deputy Minister for Transport, acting under the authority of the Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy, one of the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers contained in section 15(5) of the Act and shall be operative up to and including 28th January 2027.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following sections of paths:-

Footpath Closure

Footpath 209 Llantrisant – that part of the path that proceeds from Castellau Road near the Old Lamb and Flag, Beddau, Pontyclun, CF72 8LP to Gelynog Ganol Farm

Alternative Route – available via the existing highway network

Access for emergency services WILL NOT be maintained

The Closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a damaged bridge.
