GORCHMYNION TRAFFIG NEWYDD AR GYFER DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD
Gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd ar 10 Gorffennaf 2026, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 a Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, y Gorchmynion Rheoli Traffig uchod a fydd yn gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Nodir teitl a natur y Gorchmynion yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd.
Daw’r Gorchmynion i rym ar 17 Gorffennaf 2026 neu ar y dyddiad y caiff y llinellau a’r arwyddion angenrheidiol eu gosod ar y safle, pa bynnag un sydd hwyraf.

Atodlen
1. Bydd Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2024 (Diwygiad Rhif 31) 2026 yn:
1) Eich atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg yn:
a.Ffordd Gylchol y Gorllewin ar ochr y dwyrain o’r gyffordd
â Pennsylvania am 23 metr i’r de a 18 metr i’r gogledd
b. Pennsylvania ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Ffordd Gylchol y Gorllewin am 18 metr tua’r dwyrain.
2) Eich atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg heb lwytho rhwng 8am a 9:30am a rhwng 2:30pm a 3:30pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (gan gynnwys y diwrnodau hynny) yn Ffordd Gylchol y Gorllewin ar ochr y gorllewin o bwynt 93 metr i’r de o’r gyffordd â Glenwood am 104 metr i’r de
3) Diwygio’r cyfyngiadau presennol i’ch atal rhag stopio rhwng 8am a 4:30pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (gan gynnwys y diwrnodau hynny) yn Ffordd Gylchol y Gorllewin ar ochr y dwyrain o bwynt 114 metr i’r gogledd o’r gyffordd â Pennsylvania am 43.56 metr i’r gogledd
2. Bydd Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Atal, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2024 (Diwygiad Rhif 41) 2026 yn diwygio cyfyngiadau i’ch atal rhag aros a llwytho rhwng 8:30am – 9:15am a 2:30pm – 3:15pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (gan gynnwys y diwrnodau hynny) yn:
a. Heol Eglwys ar ochr y de o’r gyffordd â Heol Penalun am 10 metr i’r gorllewin ac ar ochr y gogledd o’r un gyffordd am 9 metr i’r gorllewin
b. Heol Penalun ar i) ochr y de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol Eglwys am 9 metr i’r de ac 8 metr i’r gogledd, ii) ochr y deorllewin o ffin eiddo rhifau 25 a 23 am 31 metr i’r gogleddorllewin ac o bwynt 3 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o ffin yr eiddo sy’n rhifau 25 (ar gornel Heol Penalun) a 33 am 9 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin, a iii) ochr y gogledd-ddwyrain o gyferbyn â phwynt 3 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o ffin eiddo rhifau 25 a 23 am 57 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin

NEW TRAFFIC ORDERS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th July 2026 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, made the above-mentioned traffic regulation orders, the general effect of which to impose traffic restrictions in the lengths of road set out in the Schedule below. The title and nature of the Orders is also described in the said Schedule.
The Orders will come into operation on the 17th July 2026 or on the date that the necessary lines and signs are placed on site, whichever is the later.
A copy of the orders and plans showing the location and extent of the restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.
The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. This document is available in Welsh/Mae’r ddogfen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg.
If you wish to question the Orders provisions or validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the 10th July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
Schedule
1. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No 31) Order 2026 will:
1) Prevent you from waiting at any time in:
a. Circle Way West on its east side from its junction with Pennsylvania for a distance of 23 metres south and 18 metres north
b. Pennsylvania on both sides from its junction with Circle Way West for a distance of 18 metres east
2) Prevent you from waiting at any time with no loading between the hours of 8am – 9:30am and 2:30pm – 3:30pm Monday to Fridays (inclusive) in Circle Way West on its west side from a point 93 metres south of its junction with Glenwood for a distance of 104 metres south
3) Amend existing restrictions to prevent you from stopping between the hours of 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (inclusive) in Circle Way West on its east side from a point 114 metres north of its junction with Pennsylvania for a distance of 43.56 metres north
2. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No 41) Order 2026 will amend restrictions to prevent you from waiting and loading between the hours of 8:30am – 9:15 am and 2:45pm – 3:30pm Monday to Friday (inclusive) in:
a. Heol Eglwys on its south side from its junction with Penally Road for a distance of 10 metres west and on its north side from the same junction for a distance of 9 metres west
b. Penally Road on its i) southwest side from its junction with Heol Eglwys for a distance of 9 metres south and 8 metres north, ii) southwest side from the property boundary of numbers 25 and 23 for a distance of 31 metres north west and from a point 3 meters southeast of the property boundary of numbers 25 (on the corner of Penally Road) and 33 for a distance of 9 metres north west, and iii) northeast side from opposite a point 3 metres southeast of the property boundaries of numbers 25 and 23 for a distance of 57 metres north west
