THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (TYNEHEAD) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT)
ORDER 2026                                                                                         - TO/R5.3.153

Midlothian Council on 13 July 2026 Made the above Order, which will come into force on 10 August 2026. The effect is to reduce the speed limit on roads within Tynehead Village to 30 mph.

Details may be examined from 16 July to 24 August 2026 at Libraries, at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, or from david.chambers@midlothian.gov.uk.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 13 July 2026 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.
