What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(JUNIPER, BRACKNELL)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS AND CYCLISTS)

ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding in any direction along:

a) The footpath between 133 and 146 Juniper, Bracknell.

There is no alternative route for this closure.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while BT install telecommunication cables in the footpath.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 28th July 2026, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the footpath closure will be in place until 30th July 2026.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
