THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL 

(PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 019) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council have made a Traffic Regulation Order on Monday 20th July 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is for a speed limit change to reduce the existing 50mph down to 30mph across the entrance to the new development on Churchway, Haddenham to connect with the existing 30mph already in place.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that this is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 20th July 2026, by applying to the High Court.
