Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Twelveheads. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th July 2026 to 29th July 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary One-Way Traffic Restriction Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction over an area of highway being St Clements Hill, Truro between the junctions of Waterloo and Trennick Lane, from the East to West. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out gas mains replacement works.

The Order will come into operation on 27th July 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 7th August 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day weekends included. Nothing in this order will apply to anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 27th April 2026 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Pendower To Old Carnon Hill, Carnon Downs for its entire length and Old Carnon Hill, Carnon Downs between grid reference SW78868 40001 and the property named Mount Hope.

The Order which commenced on the 11th May 2026 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 24th July 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out drainage works.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, bus traffic, school buses, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
