(SPINNERS WAY, SCHOLES, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Spinners Way, Scholes from a point outside property No. 15 to a point outside property No. 17 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

There is no alternative diversionary route available.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and remain in force until 11 August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(CLIFFE LANE, GOMERSAL, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cliffe

Lane, Gomersal from PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Cliffe Lane, Latham Lane, West Lane, Oxford Road, Spen Lane, St Peg Lane, Dewsbury Road, Bradford Road, Balme Road. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 3August 2026 and remain in force until 16August 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WILLANS ROAD, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of Willans Road at its junction with Halifax Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Willans Road, Ashworth Road, Wellington Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Halifax Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 3 August 2026 and remain in force until 28 August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(MARKET PLACE/FOUNDRY STREET AND FORECOURT OF LONGCAUSEWAY, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Dewsbury:Market Place - from its junction with the unaffected length of Market Street to junction with Corporation Street Foundry Street - from junction with Corporation Street to its junction with Market Place Longcauseway - pedestrian forecourt only PROVIDED THAT such partial prohibition shall not extend to vehicles/ driving other than authorised market and works vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

There is no alternative diversionary route available.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 1August 2026 and remain in force until 31 July 2027 (although it can remain in force for any period up to Dated this 16 July 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Whitehall Way, Dewsbury from its junction with Foundry Street to its junction with Crackenedge Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Foundry Street, Corporation Street, Northgate, Westgate, Church Street, Vicarage Road, Longcauseway, Crackenedge Lane. It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 1August 2026 and remain in force until 31 July 2027 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(LUMB LANE, ROBERTTOWN, LIVERSEDGE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Lumb Lane, Roberttown from a point outside property no. 4a to its junction with Huddersfield Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Lumb Lane, Huddersfield Road, Leeds Road, Far Common Road, Roberttown Lane, Child Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Friday, 24 July 2026 and remain in force until 14August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(SCOTT LANE, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Scott Lane, Cleckheaton from its junction with Bradford Road to its junction with Coach Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Scott Lane, Whitcliffe Road, Turnsteads Avenue, Whitechapel Road, New Road East, Scholes Lane,

Halifax Road, Moorside, Moorbottom, Westgate, Parkside, Market Street, Bradford Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 20 July 2026 and remain in force until 24 July 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(SOUTH PARADE, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of South Parade from its junction with Whitcliffe Road for approximately 45 metres PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of South Parade, Westgate, Parkside, Market Street, Bradford Road, Scott Lane, Whitcliffe Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 20 July 2026 and remain in force until 14 August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
