The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order: -
The Lancashire County Council (TROUGH ROAD, DUNSOP BRIDGE, RIBBLE VALLEY)(Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2026, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
3. The prohibition will be operative from 00:00 hours on 1st September 2026 until 00:00 hours on 15th September 2026 or until completion of the works within this period. The prohibitions will only be operative when indicated on site by the presence of the appropriate traffic signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 5th July 2026 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (Trough Road, Dunsop Bridge Ribble valley) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2026 (Temporary Amendment) Order 2026”
