RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026 (Reference TTRO-2384)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council, intends not later than seven days from the date of this notice make an order under Section 14(1) (b)
and 14 (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, because of the likelihood of danger to the public and in the interests of safety and as a means of segregating
traffic from pedestrians during various concert event being staged at the MK National Bowl in Milton Keynes. It is anticipated that the following restrictions will be in
effect on the dates and times shown below and when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs:

To temporarily restrict the speed limit to 20mph on the following lengths of roads
Watling Street (V4) between Childs Way and Standing Way.
Chaffron Way (H7) between Fulmer Street and Grafton Street.
Davy Avenue, Knowlhill (its entire length)
Chesney Wold, Bleak Hall (its entire length)
Grafton Street between Childs Way and Standing Way.
Childs Way between Grafton Street and Fulmer Street.
Fulmer Street between Childs Way and Standing Way.
Standing Way between Fulmer Street and Grafton Street.
To temporarily restrict the speed limit to 40mph on the following lengths of roads
Watling Street (V4) between Childs Way and Standing Way.
Chaffron Way (H7) between Fulmer Street and Grafton Street.
Grafton Street between Childs Way and Standing Way.
Childs Way between Grafton Street and Fulmer Street.
Fulmer Street between Childs Way and Standing Way.
Standing Way between Fulmer Street and Grafton Street.
Whilst the above event is taking place there will be a one-way system in operation on the following length of road – Chesney Wold, Bleak Hall.

The Council is satisfied that the temporary closure Order is necessary in the interest of public safety. The temporary Order shall come into operation at 00:01am on

MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (TRANSLANDS BRIGG, HEELANDS) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 (Reference TTRO-2392
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the following length of road whilst Openreach undertake ducting works:
Translands Brigg, Heelands – outside numbers 51 to 88.
Whilst the above length of road is closed, the alternative route will be via Glovers Lane and Gibson Green (and vice versa).
The road closure will be in effect from 27
th – 29
th July 2026 and will only be in force when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.

Whilst the above length of road is closed, there will be no alternative route.

Arlott Crescent, Oldbrook – outside numbers 69 to 79.
Whilst the above length of road is closed, there will be no alternative route.

Watling Street, Crownhill – from its junction with Portway to its junction with Holyrood.
Whilst the above length of road is closed, the alternative route will be via Portway, Fulmer Street and Dansteed Way (and vice versa).
The road closure will be in effect from 20

The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the following length of road whilst National Grid undertake trenching
works:
St Leger Drive, Great Linford – from its junction with Malins Gate to its southern junction with Gibbwin.
Whilst the above length of road is closed, the alternative route will be via Malins Gate and Marlborough Street (and vice versa).
The road closure will be in effect from 21

th July 2026 and will only be in force when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.

The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the following length of road whilst Cityufibre undertake reinstatement
works:
Mason, Stantonbury – outside number 28.
Whilst the above length of road is closed, there will be no alternative route.
The road closure will be in effect on 22
nd July 2026 and will only be in force when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.
PUBLIC NOTICE:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (BRIDLEWAY 009 SHENLEY BROOK END, TATTENHOE PARK) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 (Reference TTRO2437)
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the following length of redway whilst Bellway Homes undertake
development works:
Bridleway 009 Shenley Brook End, Tattenhoe Park – From a point level with Verne Grove for 210 metres in a southerly direction.
Whilst the above length of bridleway is closed the alternative route will be via Bridleway running parralel to Bridleway 009 (and vice versa).
The road closure will be in effect from 22
nd July 2026 – 22
nd January 2027 and will only be in force when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.
