ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(COLLINGHAM PARK AREA, LANCASTER, LANCASTER CITY) (REVOCATION AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Collingham Park, Lancaster, Lancaster City) (Revocation & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2012" insofar as it relates to Collingham Park Items (i), (ii) and (iv) of the Schedule.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Lancaster City Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Item (265)b) of Schedule 10.01.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Bentham Road, Lancaster, the north side, from its junction with the centreline of Whinfell Drive for a distance of 21 metres in a northeasterly direction;
b) Collingham Park, Lancaster, the north side, from its junction with the centreline of Whinfell Drive for a distance of 21 metres in a westerly direction;
c) Collingham Park, Lancaster, the south and east side, from a point 53.5 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Maplewood Gardens to its junction with the centreline of Scotforth Road, A6;
d) Lentworth Drive, Lancaster, the south west side, from a point 138 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hala Road for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction;
e) Lentworth Drive, Lancaster, the south west side, from a point 98 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hala Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction;
f) Lentworth Drive, Lancaster, the west side, from a point 58 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hala Road for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction;
g) Whinfell Drive, Lancaster, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Collingham Park and Bentham Road for a distance of 14 metres in a northerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Lancaster City Council, Town Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster, LA1 1PJ and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
