ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BOWERHAM ROAD, LANCASTER, LANCASTER CITY) (REVOCATION AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Lancaster City Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Items (76)b)(i) and (76)e)(iv) of Schedule 10.01.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Bowerham Road, Lancaster, the south west side, from a point 9 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Malvern Avenue in a northerly direction to its junction with the centreline of Parkfield Drive;
b) Bowerham Road, Lancaster, the south west side, from a point 13.5 metres southeast of its junction with the centreline of Somerset Avenue for a distance of 26 metres in a northerly direction;
c) Bowerham Road, Lancaster, the east side, from a point 11 metres north of the centreline of Back Bowerham Road East for a distance of 6 metres in a northerly direction;
d) Bowerham Road, Lancaster, the north east side, from its junction with the centreline of The Grove to its junction with the centreline of St Oswald Street;
e) Bowerham Road, Lancaster, the south west side, from a point 18.5 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Parkfield Drive for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction;
f) Malvern Avenue, Lancaster, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Bowerham Road for a distance of 14.5 metres in a south westerly direction;
g) Parkfield Drive, Lancaster, the north west side, from its junction with the centreline of Bowerham Road for a distance of 19.5 metres in a south westerly direction;
h) Parkfield Drive, Lancaster, the south east side, from its junction with the centreline of Bowerham Road for a distance of 14 metres in a south westerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Lancaster City Council, Town Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster, LA1 1PJ and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website.
