What is happening?
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 90(A)
Leicester City Council proposes to construct road humps under Section 90(a) of the Highways Act 1980 at the locations shown below:-

The speed cushions will be between 1.7m and 1.9m wide and 2.0m long. The speed tables will extend across the full width of the carriageway and be between 7.0m and 20.0m long. The maximum height of all features will be 100 mm.
OBJECTIONS to the proposals should be sent to Graham.Seaton@leicester.gov.uk or by post to Transport Strategy, Leicester City Council, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ and marked for the attention of Graham Seaton.
Any objections should state the grounds on which they are made and must be received by Friday 7th August 2026.
