THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 
(ST MARYS CRESCENT, RUDDINGTON) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (8405)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads in the borough of Rushcliffe: -

1. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: PACKMAN DRIVE, RUDDINGTON (Both Sides) 
• From its junction with St Marys Crescent in a northernly direction for 10 metres.

RUFFORD ROAD, RUDDINGTON (the North-west side) • From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with St Marys Crescent in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

ST MARYS CRESCENT, RUDDINGTON (The North Side) • From a point 10 metres west of its junction with Packman Drive in an easterly direction to a point 10 metres east of that junction.

• From its junction with Rufford Road in a westerly direction for 7 metres.

ST MARYS CRESCENT, RUDDINGTON (The South Side)
• From its junction with Rufford Road in a westerly direction for 10 metres. 2. No Stopping At Any Time, Except Buses along the following lengths of road:

ST MARYS CRESCENT, RUDDINGTON (The North Side)
• From a point 7 metres west of its junction with Rufford Road in a westerly direction for 17 metres.

ST MARYS CRESCENT, RUDDINGTON (The South Side)
• From a point 25 metres west of its junction with Rufford Road in a westerly direction for 19 metres.Relevant

a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP

b) Ruddington Library, Church Street, Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6HD

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 20th JULY 2026
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate parking at the junctions.
