(TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
On 6 July 2026 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load (with the exception of vehicles engaged on Scottish Water infrastructure upgrade works) on the undernoted road.
