This prohibition is necessary for installation of new gravity fed infrastructure and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th July 2026 to 24th August 2026. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in Fraddon. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. This prohibition is necessary for highway improvement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th July 2026 to 18th September 2026. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 18 in the Parish of St Enoder between grid references SW 91441 56079 and SW 92114 55745. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public as the footpath runs through an active industrial estate and a busy industrial haulage road. The Order will come into operation on 11th July 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 11th January 2027.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 20th June 2026 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
