IN THE PENSBY AREA 2026
Notice is hereby given that Wirral Borough Council have made the above order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 1 and Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers to enable proposed works to be executed on or near the roads specified in the proposed order (having already advertised notice of intent).
The effects of the order, the alternative route for vehicular traffic, the date the order comes into force and its maximum duration is set out below.
Kylemore Drive (Temporary Road Closure) Pensby Order 2026
The effect of this order will be to close Kylemore Drive, Pensby from a point 30 metres west from its junction with Alexander Drive for a distance of 30 metres in a westerly direction to all vehicular traffic. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and cyclists.
Alternative Route: Irby Road, Pensby Road, Kylemore Drive.
Maximum Duration of the order: From 22 July 2026 and will continue to be in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 31 July 2026.

Notice is hereby given that Wirral Borough Council have made the above order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 1 and Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers to enable proposed works to be executed on or near the roads specified in the proposed order (having already advertised notice of intent).

Kirby Park (Temporary Road Closure) West Kirby Order 2026
The effect of this order will be to close Kirby Park, West Kirby from its junction with Caldy Road to its junction with Kirby Close to all vehicular traffic. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and cyclists.
Alternative Route: Caldy Road, Village Road, Devonshire Road, Kirby Park.
Maximum Duration of the order: From 27 July 2026 and will continue to be in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 21 August 2026.

Notice is hereby given that Wirral Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Road Traffic Regulation Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 1 and Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers to enable works on or near the roads specified in the proposed order to take place.
The effects of the order, the alternative route for vehicular traffic, the date the order comes into force and its maximum duration is set out below.
Mount Pleasant Road (Temporary Road Closure) Wallasey Order 2026
The effect of this order will be to close Mount Pleasant Road, Wallasey from its junction with Horse Side Road to its junction with Kirkway to all vehicular traffic. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and cyclists.
Alternative Route: Seaview Road, Earlston Road, Kirkway.
Maximum Duration of the order: From 03 August 2026 and will continue to be in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 01 September 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th of July 2026 Wirral Borough Council made the below Traffic Regulation Orders under Section 1, 2, 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended):
(A) WIRRAL BOROUGH COUNCIL (POLICE PARKING BAYS) ORDER 2025
SCHEME REF NO. TO/25/39
PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The introduction of no waiting at any time for vehicles except for police vehicles, on all days, at the following locations:
- On Bebington Road (Northeast Side), From a point in line with the projected southern kerb line of Waring Avenue for a distance of 10 metres, in a south easterly direction and From a point 110 metres southeast of the projected southern kerb line of Waring Avenue for a distance of 10 metres, in a south easterly direction;
- On Kings Parade (North West Side), From a point 50 metres northeast of the protracted centre line of the most northerly vertical section of Kings Parade in a north easterly direction, for a distance of 10 metres and From a point 54 metres north east of the protracted centre line of the middle vertical section of Kings Parade in a north easterly direction, for a distance of 10 metres;
- On Coastal Drive (Southeast Side), From a point 198 metres northeast of its junction with Sandcliffe Road in a north easterly direction, for a distance of 10 metres and
- On Meols Parade (Northwest Side), From a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with the Hoyle Slipway in a north easterly direction, for a distance of 10 metres.
(B) WIRRAL COUNCIL (WALLASEY AREA) (WAITING, LOADING & PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2007 AMENDMENT NO 3 2025

PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The proposed Order will amend Schedule 2 of the Wirral Council (Wallasey Area) (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) Order, 2007 to introduce no waiting for vehicles at any time restriction on both sides of Fieldway:
- between a point 6 metres southeast and a point 11 metres northwest of the vehicular access point to The Oldershaw School.
The orders set out in this notice shall come into operation on 27th of July 2026. A copy of the Orders, together with the relevant plan and statement of reasons, can be requested via email at trafficschemefeedback@wirral.gov.uk or via the contact centre 0151 606 2004. It will also be available for inspection by visiting the licencing department, at the Councils Principal Office: Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton St, Wallasey CH44 8ED between 9.30am & 12pm and 2pm & 4pm, Monday to Friday, quoting the above scheme reference.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision contained within it, on the grounds that it or any of its provisions are not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under it has not been complied with may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for that purpose to the High Court.
