NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at East Bridgford in the Borough of Rushcliffe in the County of Nottinghamshire.
1. No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule of this Order.
SCHEDULE
BUTT LANE, EAST BRIDGFORD
• From a point 162 metres south-east of its junction with Cross Lane, in a south-easterly direction for 111 metres. Relevant documents may be inspected during opening hours at:
(a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP
(b) Bingham Library, Eaton Place, Bingham, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG13 8BE
THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 20TH JULY 2026.
In order to fulfil a S278 agreement and make the speed limit more appropriate following the construction of a new development on Butt Lane, East Bridgford, the 30 mph Speed Limit has been extended along this road.
