Temporary Closure of North Street
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: North Street - from the junction with Bramble Lane, northwards for a total distance of 52 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out stop tap repairs.
The Order becomes effective on 29th July 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 4th August 2026 and last until 6th August 2026 between the hours of 8:00 - 17:00 for a total of 3 days.
