Temporary Closure of Hare Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Hare Lane - from 156 metres west of the junction with Pound Road, westwards for a total distance of 77 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to repair damaged sewer line.

The Order becomes effective on 29th July 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd August 2026 and last until 11th August 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 9 days.
