NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Application Number: SCC/26/0053/FULL-MAJ
The Cabinet Staffordshire County Council: Application for an enabling works reclamation scheme at Land at Former St Gobain Works, Doxey Road, Stafford.
The proposed development affects Public Footpath No. Stafford 40(a) Members of the public may view the submitted application, plans and other documents via the Staffordshire Planning web page www.staffordshire.gov.uk/planning (‘Find a current application’).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 14/7/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

Link Road Adjacent To Brockton Hall, Brockton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150069727. The Order will come into operation on 23/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecom pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Outwoods, Outwoods. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150123937. The Order will come into operation on 9/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecom pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

B5066 Sandon Rd, Hilderstone. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150129736. The Order will come into operation on 21/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT carriageway box works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Whittington Ln, Stafford. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149928574. The Order will come into operation on 20/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT ducting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Walton Ln, Brocton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149812243. The Order will come into operation on 20/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 7/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the gas main replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

Balaams Ln and Moss Ln, Mossgate. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150221020. The Order will come into operation on 3/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 5/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the hydrant installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Poplar Way, Stafford. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150211869. The Order will come into operation on 3/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 6/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the long comm pipe installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier. 

Dickys Ln, Woodseaves. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150056272. The Order will come into operation on 5/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecom pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

High Offley Rd, Woodseaves. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150423760. The Order will come into operation on 4/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Rise, Stafford. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149757765. The Order will come into operation on 3/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 11/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the replacement of mobile phone mast, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit vehicles from exceeding a 40 MPH Speed Limit along:

B5066 Sandon Rd, Hopton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145308482. The Order will come into operation on 3/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by June 27. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the major road realignment works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
