HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau a roddir gan adran 23 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ac adran 90C o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel y’u diwygiwyd, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar blymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, yn bwriadu adleoli mesur rheoli traffig a gweithredu mesur rheoli traffig, fel a ganlyn, yn New Road, Tir-y-berth:

PROPOSED RELOCATION OF PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AND PROVISION OF ROAD NARROWING, NEW ROAD, TIR-Y-BERTH

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 as amended and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, intends to relocation and implement the following traffic management measures on New Road, Tir-y-berth:

Relocation of the existing pedestrian crossing on New Road from its current position, south of Woodside, to a new location approximately 22m south of Churchfield Close, including all necessary equipment and road markings.

Installation of a road narrowing feature extending from a point approximately 25m north of the junction with Churchfield Close to a point approximately 56m south of the junction (approximately 79m in length and 3.5m in width), including all associated road markings.
