What is happening?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Proposed development  at Bramshill Quarry Warren Heath, Brickhouse Hill, Eversley Hook RG27 0QB by on behalf of Collard Group and Cemex UK 

Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:   1) Proposed variation of Conditions 1, 31 and 39 of planning permission 14/00063/CMA so as to allow an extension of time to complete extraction, processing and to remove plant, machinery and buildings until 30 June 2026, together with minor amendments to the restoration scheme and submission of the aftercare scheme [Variation of condition 1 (Timescale) of PP: 20/03153/HCC]   2) Proposed variation of Condition 1 of planning permission 14/00060/CMA so as to allow the extended use of the conveyor bridge, with its removal by 30 June 2026 [Variation of condition 1 (Timescale) of PP: 21/00052/HCC)   3) Proposed retention of existing concrete batching plant and ancillary development until June 2026 [Variation of condition 2 (Time Limit) of PP: 20/03158/HCC]   Applications 1 and 2 are accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Adam Murnieks at Collard Group Ltd, Eversley Haulage Park, Brickhouse Hill, Eversley, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 0PZ at a charge of £250, and £35 for a data stick. The documents can also be downloaded from Development Management website at the address given above.  

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online via the link above by clicking on “comment on this application” or by post to Development Management, Universal Services, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 4 September 2026.
