ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C698 COCKFIELD ROAD, FELSHAM

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C698 Cockfield Road, Felsham from Stone Farm for 30 metres northbound to facilitate overhead electrical repairs. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Felsham Road, Bury Road, Lower Green, Bury Road, Holybush Corner, Felsham Road, Cockfield Road, Felsham Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 15/07/2026. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U7402 HIGH GREEN, NOWTON

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads:

• U7402 High Green, Nowton from The Bungalow for 90 metres westbound,

• U7402 High Green, Nowton from 68 metres east of High Green House for 102 metres north eastbound.

This is to facilitate pole and overhead cable replacements. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Bury Road, Nowton, Hawstead Road, Nowton, Nowton Road, Hawstead, The Pound, Hawstead, Church Road, Hawstead, Horsecroft Road, Hawstead and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 15/07/2026 from 9.30am - 4pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C624 HIGH STREET, TUDDENHAM

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C624 High Street, Tuddenham from No. 45 for 40 metres southbound to facilitate water works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be High Street, Tuddenham Road, the A11, the A1101, Flempton Road, Cavenham Road, the Street, Cavenham Road, High Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 15/07/2026 - 17/07/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C633 ELVEDEN ROAD AND STATION ROAD, ELVEDEN AND BARNHAM

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the following roads:

• C633 Elveden Road, Elveden

• C633 Elveden Road, Barnham

• C633 Station Road, Barnham.

This is to facilitate surface dressing and road marking works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the A134, Culford Road, C632 from A134 to B1106 Ingham, the B1106, London Road Elveden and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from

• 4am on 24/07/2026 - 9am on 25/07/2026 (surface dressing)

• 19/08/2026 - 25/08/2026 from 7.30pm - 5am (road marking)

If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C302 Sanctuary Lane, Hoo from 335 metres north west of the junction with Pit Road for 75 metres north westbound to facilitate an electrical connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be School Lane, Mill Lane, Easton Road, Kettleburgh Road, Framlingham Road, Sanctuary Bridge Road, Sanctuary Road Letheringham and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 15/07/2026 - 23/07/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U5225 Wickham Lane, Cotton to facilitate surface dressing works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route will be Blacksmith Road, the B1113, Wickham Road, Finningham Road, The Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 24/07/2026 and 27/07/2026 from 8am - 5pm with a further closure scheduled for associated works. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1730 PRIORY ROAD, WRENTHAM

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U1730 Priory Road, Wrentham from 120 metres west of the junction with the A12 for 130 metres westbound to facilitate pole testing and tree cutting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the A12 High Street, the B1127 Chapel Road, Priory Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 24/07/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
