The County of Cornwall (Infra24-416) (Roche) (Roche School) (School Keep Clear) (Amendment) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cornwall Council proposes to make the above Orders to regulate traffic in Roche. The effect is to introduce and amend various restrictions on waiting along the lengths of road described below.

It is also proposed to introduce raised tables and other traffic calming measures under the provisions of Sections 90A-I of the Highways Act 1980. The effect will be to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety along the lengths of road described below.

Maps showing full details of the Order’s effects and other relevant documentation are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Each to have a rise of 75mm and length (in direction of travel) of 10m, extending full width of carriageway. Stated horizontal dimensions are subject to permitted pavement construction tolerances.
