(A10 & Adjoining Roads, Impington, Landbeach, Milton & Waterbeach) (40mph And 50mph Speed Limits) Order 202-
Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of this Order is to extend the existing 40mph speed limit on the A10 (Ely Road), from its existing terminus of 185m northwest of its junction with Denny End Road, Waterbeach to a point 800m northwest of the same junction. For administrative purposes the Order revokes and consolidates the effects of the CCC A10-A1309 and Various Roads (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2012 Milton, Landbeach, Waterbeach, along with its 2021 variation Order, and the CCC (Various Roads, Landbeach, Milton and Waterbeach) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2021.
The draft Order, together with a map showing the roads and lengths of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE, by appointment only, or via our online consultation portal – please use the link https://consultation.appyway.com/south-cambridgeshire and select the Order that includes the reference PR1232.
