NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that S&B'S MART LTD has applied for a premises licence to Dorset Council in relation to Payless, 199 Station Road, West Moors, Ferndown BH22 0HX to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs to 22:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ or by email: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk
Such written representation must be received by 30/07/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
