Devon County Council made this on 8 July to come into force 17 July to introduce in Okehampton: NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on specified lengths of Dartmoor View, Higher Stockley Mead, Kellands Lane & Road from
Hameldown Business Park to Kellands Lane.
Proposed No Waiting At Any Time on Hameldown Business Park & Hameldown Road & remaining lengths of Dartmoor View require further consideration so have been deferred.

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
