TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council made the above order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 6th July 2026, the Highway Authority being satisfied that the restrictions shall apply because works are being or are proposed to be carried out on or near the road.
The effect of the Order, which came into effect on 6th July 2026, is to temporarily close Green Vale Grove, Stockton, from its junction with Aiskew Grove in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 30 metres, at such times as traffic management signs may be erected to notify highway users of the closure.
It is expected that works will be carried out between approximately 6th July 2026 and 27th July 2026.
The Order may continue in force for a maximum period of eighteen months.
A diversion route will be signed on site. Access for pedestrians will be maintained, access for emergency service vehicles will not be maintained.
