VARIATION OF PARKING CHARGES – ESPLANADE CAR PARKS, KIRKCALDY
THE FIFE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE in terms of sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that with effect from
1 August 2026 the parking charges at Esplanade Car Parks A & B, Kirkcaldy, will be temporarily varied for a period of eight months as detailed in the Schedule below. The current charges will be reinstated on 1 April 2027.
