(DISTRICT OF HARBOROUGH) SECTION 90A HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 (SPEED CUSHIONS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the developer Redrow PLC proposes to construct speed cushions on Berry Close, Great Bowden as conditioned through planning application 15/01425/OUT and non-material amendment to planning application 25/00824/NMA. The speed cushions will be constructed under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980. The provisional location for the traffic calming measures are as follows and are subject to a change in position following public consultations:-

Berry Close, Great Bowden – One set of two cushions 65mm high on Berry Close, 33.81m from the junction with Station Road, adjacent to properties 4 and 5 Berry Close

Details of the proposed scheme can be viewed at https://www.leicestershire.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/cars-and-parking/traffic-management-consultations from 9th July 2026. If you wish to object to these proposals you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to the undersigned quoting reference: KJ/HTWMT/6208 by no later than Thursday 30th July 2026.
