(PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURNS) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of their powers under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, propose to make an Order to prohibit any vehicle from turning right when exiting Corby Household Recycling Centre on to Kettering Road Weldon. The proposed restriction is intended to improve road safety and reduce congestion.
A COPY of the proposed Order together with a plan showing the length of road to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected on the Council’s website at: www.northnorthants.gov.uk (search “traffic regulation orders”) Alternatively, documents may be inspected by appointment at: Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9BX. Appointments can be made by calling 01604 529700.
OBJECTIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing, quoting reference P2140, to:
