PROPOSED TREE CONSULTATION ON ESKDALE AVENUE, CHESHAM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Sections 62, 84, 96, 154 and Schedule 2, Part 9 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended).

The effect of the Order is to remove 15 nos of trees on Eskdale Avenue, Chesham as mentioned below:

A copy of the Order and Plans showing the length of roads affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.
