ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(STATION ROAD, EARLS BARTON)

(40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)  ORDER  2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit along those lengths of roads described in the Schedule below.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on the roads specified in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the exact length of road to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:
