CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2026 AMENDMENT NO. 01 ORDER 2026 (TRO_102_03)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Amendment Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984"), and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984.
The effect of the Amendment Order, if made, will be to introduce new off-street car park restrictions in Wooler in the County of Northumberland by amending the Northumberland County Council (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2026:
