What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT (A516) ETWALL ROAD, MICKLEOVER
WHEN: 03 August to 04 August 2026 (09:30 to 15:30)
WHERE: It will be necessary to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 30mph, from a point 545m (596 yds) north-east of its Jct. with Bannell's Lane, to a point 490m (536 yds) east of its Jct. with Kensey Road, for a distance of 910m (995 yds).
REASON: To allow grass cutting, gully emptying, litter picking and road sweeping.
The restriction will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire - 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 30mph.
