Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Notice under section 73 Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990
WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00599: Gainsborough: Mr R Ewens: Hickman Hill Hotel, Cox's Hill: consent to erect stone archway, garage, storage unit, timber pergolas, & events marquee.
b) WL/2026/00515: Scotter: Mr R Blackburn: 23 St Peters Rd: remove garage & erect single storey extension, raise roof incl. dormers.
c) WL/2026/00611: East Stockwith: C Bainborough: Grosvenor House Care Home, Back St: vary condition 2 of WL/2024/00320 - changes to garden room.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
