THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(BAWTRY ROAD, SCAFTWORTH)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (1324)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of a road at Scaftworth in the Bassetlaw District: -

1. Prohibition from Waiting At Any Time along the following length of roads:
Bawtry Road, Scaftworth (east side)

• From a point opposite a point 1 meter south of the southern building line of the King William Public House in a south-easterly direction for 88 metres. Bawtry Road, Scaftworth (south side)

• From a point 33 metres south of the southern building line of King William Public House in a south- easterly direction for 20 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 17th JULY 2026.

These proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking in this area.
