What is happening?
TRAFFIC ORDER
On 06/07/2026 Angus Council made The Angus Council (Templeton Road, Birkhill) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Waiting) Order 2026, under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, so that telecommunications works may be undertaken. The Order prohibits all vehicular traffic from driving and waiting on U326 Templeton Road (A923 - C8) over its entire length. Access for pedestrians, emergency vehicles and vehicular access to properties will be maintained. The alternative route for northbound vehicular traffic is via Coupar Angus Road (A923), Muirhead to Alyth to Glenisla (B954) and Dundee to Dronley (C8). The reverse route applies.
