1. NOTICE IS GIVEN The London Borough of Ealing that they have proposed the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the proposed Order would be to on LADY MARGARET’S ROAD (Ruislip Road to No. 44 Lady Margaret’s Road): amend the operational hours of the waiting restrictions within the northbound bus lanes to now operate 7.00am-10.00am and 4.00pm-7.00pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
3. The proposal, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P034-26 until the 5 August 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
