(VARIOUS ROADS, SWINDON) (SPEED LIMITS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2022 (VARIATION NO. 1) 2025

DRAYCOTT CLOSE, DRAYCOT FOLIAT

Notice is GIVEN Swindon Borough Council made above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to revoke the national and 40mph speed limit on Draycott Close to be replaced with 40mph and 30mph speed limit.

The Order will be operative on the 1 August 2026. A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at

www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 8 July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
